Identify suppliers offering better commercial terms (Strategic Sourcing) HERC seeks a **Junior Buyer** to join the team and support the Procurement Department, contributing to the efficiency of purchasing processes and the company’s strategic supply. **About the Position:** The professional will be responsible for supporting procurement routines, including contacting suppliers, requesting quotations, monitoring orders, and controlling delivery deadlines. They will also analyze internal requirements, negotiate commercial terms, and update system information—ensuring organization and smooth workflow within the department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Request quotations and purchase indirect items / services; * Issue Purchase Orders and monitor them until delivery; * Negotiate with suppliers; * Regularly conduct Follow\-up with suppliers to ensure open deliveries are completed on time; * Identify suppliers offering better value and service conditions to minimize total cost (Strategic Sourcing); * Participate in internal meetings and supplier meetings; * Support monitoring and updating departmental KPIs; * Control and maintain documentation (procedures, work instructions, ISO 9000, minutes, etc.) related to the department; * Provide support and guidance to internal users; * Support execution of departmental activities such as meetings, training sessions, scheduling, internal audits, etc. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or Accounting; * Prior experience purchasing indirect materials and services; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Requirements:** * ERP SAP knowledge; * Advanced Excel skills; * Power BI; * Postgraduate degree. **Additional Information** **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. **Benefits We Offer:** * Unimed health insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal voucher and attendance bonus; * Company-provided transportation or transportation allowance (VT); * Psychosocial support; * Pharmacy allowance; * Education allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
