Plínio Brasil Milano, 1000 \- Higienópolis \- Porto Alegre **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing * Flexible working hours * Experience in logistics * Proven experience and solid knowledge of Excel * Knowledge of order picking, segregation, and delivery * Customer service skills * Familiarity with customer service procedures and problem resolution * Flexible working hours **Summary of Responsibilities** Responsible for optimizing the entire order cycle across digital platforms, from request to delivery, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the picking, invoicing, and delivery journey. Responsible for developing delivery routing strategies in collaboration with stores and logistics partners, ensuring strict adherence to delivery commitments and compliance with established policies and procedures. Continuously monitor delivery routes to ensure customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and resolve potential issues, actively collaborating with management and sharing essential feedback to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. **Initial Compensation** \- R$ 2\.700,00 \+ Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ On-site Cafeteria and Meal Benefit (at no additional cost to the employee) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2\.700,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience with Excel? * Do you have logistics experience?
