Work closely in synergy with the Operations team, with continued focus on direct sales. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales and profitability forecasts for the Direct Channel (PG\&P and BULK), aligned with the company’s and regional strategy. Maintain and/or expand sales with existing customers and prospect new customers within the geographic area under your responsibility. Develop new industrial sales (PG\&P / BULK) in regions near the Canoas/RS facilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics). * Postgraduate degree preferred in Marketing or Business Administration. * Experience in commercial areas. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, gas applications, strategic planning, and budget preparation. * Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
