For the **Up Selling and Cross Selling Assistant** position, we seek a professional who values empathy when addressing customers' challenges, focuses on results and solutions, and is motivated by goals and outcomes—always acting with transparency, honesty, and respect. Your mission will be to identify and generate qualified opportunities for our customer service team while maintaining the organization’s established service standards. You will support departmental projects by demonstrating how they can enhance team performance.
