Job Summary: CORSAN is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, organizing, storing, restocking, and controlling materials and equipment, as well as serving users. Assist in controlling materials returned to suppliers CORSAN is seeking a dynamic professional for the position of WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in receiving materials into inventory, verifying receiving notices, checking quantities, quality, weight, and specifications, and advising on optimal storage locations; * Assist in organizing and storing materials to preserve their physical integrity and usability according to each material's characteristics, including inspection, labeling, and placing materials on shelves at their designated locations; * Assist in restocking inventory items in the integrated system, guided by predefined minimum and maximum stock levels for each item; * Assist in controlling materials and equipment returned to suppliers due to discrepancies with order requirements, preparing return letters documenting equipment dispatch and return; * Monitor material unloading, jointly inspecting with the user, then releasing materials for use or storage; * Respond to user requests—including counter service—providing requested materials and parts promptly, in accordance with company policies.
