To keep pace with increasing business demand, we seek a professional to lead end-to-end recruitment processes. **Role Challenges:** * Full management of recruitment processes (alignment, candidate sourcing, interviews, and evaluation reports). * Operations across various functional levels and market segments. * Consultative client interface with candidate experience focus. **Main Requirements:** * Experience in Recruitment & Selection (R\&S). * Consulting experience is a plus. * Organizational skills to handle high volume and technical writing ability. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. **What We Offer:** * 100% remote work. * Competitive remuneration \- Project-based or position-based PJ contract and Home Office Allowance.
