Job Summary: The professional will serve as a technical reference in Performance Management, defining, monitoring, and analyzing indicators to align corporate, strategic, and departmental goals. Here’s what this opportunity will involve on a day-to-day basis: Serve as a technical reference in Performance Management, supporting business strategy through the definition, monitoring, and analysis of indicators, ensuring alignment among corporate goals, business strategic goals, and departmental goals (operations and support). Support governance activities related to HR area rituals. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the company’s Strategic Alignment cycles and the definition and deployment of corporate and strategic goals. * Ensure correct inclusion of company employees’ goals in the Goal Management System based on Strategic Alignment. * Ensure accurate reporting of planned and achieved KRs for goals in the Goal Management System and monitor them throughout the cycle. * Guide and participate in creating departmental KRs for support teams, ensuring adherence to the SMART methodology. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance of utilized data. * Perform necessary controls for accurate calculation of goal results for bonus payment purposes. * Translate complex data into clear insights to support decision-making on departmental topics. * Support governance activities related to HR area rituals (monthly results meetings, annual strategic alignment, annual team meeting). * Propose improvements to processes, metrics, and performance management models. * Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts and support team development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in: Administration; Economics; Engineering; Statistics; or related fields. * Experience in performance analysis, indicators, and goal/OKR-based management. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to work with large volumes of data. * Retail experience in large-scale operations or highly complex environments is desirable. * Analytical thinking and strategic business vision. * Ability to influence and communicate clearly across all organizational levels. * Ease in navigating between analytical detail and macro-level perspective. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** Postgraduate degree or MBA in a related field.
