Join our FERAS team! We are looking for a Senior Cook to work in the city/STATE region! **Responsibilities and Duties:** Prepare meals according to menus developed and approved by the company. Check inventory levels and request purchases of food and other kitchen supplies. Perform and/or coordinate kitchen cleaning and maintenance, ensuring restaurant supplies are stored in appropriate locations to prevent loss, theft, spoilage, and other damage. Perform tasks related to preparing the area for operations, such as organizing work utensils, sanitizing equipment and various materials and work surfaces, verifying equipment functionality, and other relevant items. Select and inspect food items, and store them in appropriate locations. Prepare food according to received instructions and/or menus approved by the company. Distribute prepared food into designated steam tables, while monitoring replenishment and maintaining proper temperature.
