Here’s what this opportunity will involve day-to-day: We seek a professional to join our team as a Planning Analyst with strong financial expertise, responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling operational expenses (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX), ensuring visibility, budgetary discipline, and consistent decision-making support. This professional will work closely with business areas, finance, and projects, contributing to cost control, financial performance analysis, and result predictability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor, control, and analyze OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring adherence to the approved financial plan; * Track financial execution, analyzing variances among planned, committed, and actual amounts; * Monitor and analyze project performance indicators (KPIs), such as physical progress, cost, schedule, and forecast; * Consolidate information from multiple projects to prepare management reports and dashboards; * Support forecasting, replanning, and budget reviews, focusing on OPEX and CAPEX sustainability and predictability; * Identify and report cost, schedule, or scope deviations, supporting root cause analyses and action plans; * Manage scope changes impacting project budgets and schedules; * Ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness in corporate systems; * Collaborate with partner areas responsible for project execution; * Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and control processes, indicators, and tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in financial planning, budgetary control, OPEX, and CAPEX; * Experience with forecasting, budgeting, budget reviews, and financial analysis; * Knowledge of performance indicators and cost analysis; * Advanced Excel skills.
