




Job Summary: HR professional to handle onboarding and offboarding processes, indicator development, record management, and payroll calculation verification. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to enhance knowledge of labor legislation ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **onboarding and offboarding processes**, including document verification and calculation and system registration; * **Develop and update HR indicators** (e.g., turnover, absenteeism); * Maintain **organized physical and digital files and records**; * Perform vacation registration and calculation verification; * Execute billing closure for service providers; * Verify payroll calculation. ### **Requirements** * Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in technical HR or Personnel Department routines (payroll, time tracking, benefits). * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR management systems. * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Senior, TOTVS). * Knowledge of e-Social. * Complementary courses in labor law.
