Agricultural production planning and control **Responsibilities**: * Manage rice and soybean farms, approximately 650 hectares of soybeans and 200 hectares of rice; * Manage and delegate tasks to a team of approximately 10 employees; * Maintain the property's infrastructure and equipment; * Coordinate machinery maintenance; * Manage and organize documents related to the property, employees, and machinery; * Visit farms to monitor, plan, and control all aspects of agricultural production and ensure the success and profitability of the rural property. **Requirements**: * Experience coordinating irrigated rice and soybean farms; team coordination experience; * Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery maintenance; * Basic knowledge of document administration. **Willingness to reside in the interior of São Gabriel is required.** **The company provides free housing for employees, including water and electricity.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Profit sharing Work Location: On-site
