Job Summary: The Psychologist will work at the Psychology Teaching Service, supervising internships in Work Psychology, Vocational Guidance, Occupational Health, or Work Clinic. Key Highlights: 1. The Psychologist will work at the Psychology Teaching Service, contributing to students’ practical training in Work Psychology, Vocational and Career Guidance, Occupational Health, or Work Clinic, through technical supervision of internships and monitoring of community service activities. The position involves guiding interns, supporting theoretical activities, and coordinating with various university departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct technical supervision of interns according to guidelines from the Professional Council and the Teaching Service, promoting the development of students’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes. * Lead or support theoretical seminars, contributing to students’ training in field-specific professional competencies. * Ensure up-to-date records, files, and documents, as well as prepare reports and indicators for the Teaching Service Coordination. * Be familiar with and follow the Teaching Service routines, ensuring compliance with institutional workflows and procedures. * Mediate intern requests across different levels of the service and university. * Know the service network and make referrals to internal and external services when necessary. * Intervene and refer emergency situations involving service users, in accordance with institutional protocols. * Prepare and submit notifications to competent authorities, in compliance with current legislation, contributing to the promotion and protection of human rights. * Maintain communication with the intern’s academic advisor, monitoring their development in both practical and theoretical domains. * Represent the Teaching Service in institutional activities when designated by the Coordination. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP); * Additional training in Work Psychology, Vocational and Career Guidance, Occupational Health, or Work Clinic; * Professional experience in related fields; * Knowledge of the Brazilian Psychology Council System guidelines and the National Curriculum Guidelines (DCNs) for Psychology programs; * Knowledge of legislation and technical references guiding professional practice in Psychology; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing and updating documents, reports, and administrative records; * Experience in internship supervision or mentoring students during practical training will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Workload:** 20 hours per week, fixed schedule: Monday \- 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM Thursday \- 6:15 PM to 10:30 PM Remaining hours to be arranged. **Our Benefits Package:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Daycare reimbursement; * Education assistance covering up to 80% of undergraduate tuition fees and 50% of postgraduate, language, and extension course fees; * Free parking; * Complementary private pension plan; * Life insurance; * Year-end recess. *If you believe in meaningful work that creates value and generates positive impact on society and the university,* ***JOIN PUCRS!*** At PUCRS, we believe every person can transform the world—and that belief drives us daily to become all that we can be.
