Job Summary: Provide support for physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of raw materials and products, ensuring laboratory quality, organization, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Support for raw material and product analysis 2. Maintenance of laboratory cleanliness and organization 3. Verification and control of quality equipment Support the performance of physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses on raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and intermediates; Support sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and intermediates; Support analysis and approval of raw materials and packaging materials in warehouses, completing worksheets/reports and labeling approved products with specific tags; · Prepare materials and solutions for physicochemical analyses; · Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the laboratory; · Verify retention sample collection and guide personnel when necessary; maintain organized storage room for retention samples; · Re-analyze raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and intermediates periodically or as needed; · Participate in departmental meetings and share opinions to foster better work development; · Verify quality control equipment, checking their operational conditions periodically; · Temperature and humidity control: record daily temperature and humidity values for the department in worksheets at the end of each day, per Standard Operating Procedure POPCQ-002; Support analysis of samples from new suppliers to qualify them for future supply; Support proper disposal of analytical waste, ensuring environmental integrity per Standard Operating Procedure POPPRO-021; · Notify the department supervisor immediately upon detecting changes in analysis results.
