




Job Summary: A professional to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, prepare technical documentation, assist customers, and conduct product evaluations, contributing to the company’s innovation and continuous improvement. We are expanding and seeking people who also wish to grow with us! **What you will do here:** * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers via telephone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms; * Prepare technical documentation for Ageon products; * Assist internal and external customers, identifying issues, providing clarifications, guidance, and fulfilling customer needs; * Conduct technical evaluations of products and warranty cases, as well as prepare reports; * Research new products/niches; * Provide technical specification support to sales representatives; * Prepare and execute documents. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in B2B sales or technical sales; * Autonomy in decision-making and self-management of tasks; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Proactivity in identifying opportunities and solving problems; * Technical education, technological degree, or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in any field of study. **We Offer:** * Meal allowance or food allowance; * Profit-sharing and results-based bonus; * Medical and dental plans; * On-site parking; * Partnerships with educational institutions, gyms, language schools, aesthetic clinics, and restaurants. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Work Model:** On-site. **Location:** Jardim Eldorado, Palhoça/SC.
