Preventive computer maintenance **IT TECHNICIAN** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: – Provide technical support to users, including issues related to hardware, software, networks, printers, internet links, documentation, preventive maintenance, and other related activities; – Diagnose faults or errors and provide solutions to restore functionality; – Perform and monitor preventive computer maintenance; – Update departmental documentation; – Carry out other tasks related to the area; – Handle first- and second-level Help Desk tickets; – Provide support via phone, email, instant messaging, and remote access systems; **Requirements:** Requirements: – Experience in IT performing these activities; – Technical knowledge including: Operating Systems; Microsoft 365; Hardware; Enterprise TCP/IP Networks; Domain Servers (Active Directory/Azure); Printers; – Technical course in Information Technology, Networking, or similar. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** Salary negotiable Benefits: – Meal Voucher: BRL 28.00; – AMI Health Insurance Plan (no monthly premium deduction); – Company Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); – Group Life Insurance; – Transportation Voucher. *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
