Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Intern to assist with user support, corporate system support, incident ticket registration, and technical issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in internal user support and service delivery 2. Provide initial support for corporate systems 3. Support resolution of common errors and basic system configuration We are one of the largest road signage companies in Brazil, with over 30 years of operation. We specialize in horizontal and vertical road signage as well as road construction projects across Brazil. **SINASC job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** We are looking for an **IT Intern**, whose main responsibilities will include: * Assist internal users in registering and handling support tickets (Level 1); * Provide initial support for corporate systems (ERP, CRM, internal systems, and web platforms); * Perform general system registrations; * Guide users on proper system usage; * Identify and categorize incidents and service requests; * Escalate tickets to higher support levels (Level 2/Level 3), when necessary; * Support resolution of common errors, such as access issues, permission problems, login failures, and basic configurations; * Assist in basic system configuration; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related undergraduate program, with completion of at least three semesters. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$35.00 per working day (non-taxable, not deducted from payroll); * Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy (non-taxable, not deducted from payroll); * Common area for rest; * Kitchenette equipped with microwave and refrigerator; * Free parking. **Working Hours and Salary:** * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Salary: R$1.300,00 Work location: Palhoça/SC Job type: Internship Compensation: R$1.300,00 per month Work mode: On-site
