We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. #VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for handling service orders related to the installation and repair of telephone lines, ADSL services, TUP maintenance, and TV (metallic network and optical fiber), applying technical procedures and operator guidelines specific to the region of operation. Operationalize aerial telephone line processes through installation and repair of telephone lines, performing tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber lines and trunks, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Operationalize TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and necessary testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, component and equipment replacement, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro Repairs in IT, aiming to diagnose issues and correct them or perform preventive maintenance; Provide user support when required; Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Desirable: 6 months of experience in the role. Knowledge of installer and repair technician functions; valid Category B driver's license.
