




Job Summary: Responsible for leading recruitment and selection (R&S) processes, talent management, building the Educator's Journey, and developing HR-area projects—aligning strategies and complying with institutional policies. In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: * Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment & selection process for all levels and for headhunting professionals with strategic profiles, adhering to the Institution’s pre-established policies and guidelines; * Provide support regarding People Management policies to regional offices and units, ensuring strategic alignment; Propose and conduct trainings, meetings, and events related to Talent Management; * Strategic involvement in designing, structuring, and strengthening the Educator's Journey area, with emphasis on the professional’s holistic experience within the institution; * Develop reports, spreadsheets, and analyses of the projects and processes you manage; * Develop and lead area-specific projects, from planning through to implementation; * Manage and monitor suppliers, supporting hiring processes and payment workflows while ensuring compliance with institutional procedures; * Lead the onboarding process for new educators; * Design and track performance indicators related to projects under your responsibility. **Requirements for this role:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management; Postgraduate degree in the field is desirable; Relevant work experience. **Learn more about this opportunity:** **Work model:** Four days onsite and one day remote **Working hours:** 42 hours per week **Location:** Porto Alegre **Benefits:** ?
