Make proactive telephone calls to pre-qualified leads. Present the company’s services clearly and consultatively. Identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities. Record information in the system/CRM. Schedule meetings or forward opportunities to the sales team. Maintain follow-up with ongoing leads. Meet contact, conversion, and service quality targets. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Attendant, Telephone Sales Consultant, Customer Service Agent, or Sales Representative may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this role.
