Job Summary: We are seeking a Fullstack Developer to work on the development and evolution of complete web applications, participating in technical decisions and production system maintenance. Support the team's technical growth and the sustainability of applications #### **About the Role:** We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to work on the development and evolution of complete web applications, actively participating in technical decisions and production system maintenance. The role involves PHP-based development using Mad Builder and Adianti Framework for backend support, as well as applications built with Node.js and React.js (Next.js), utilizing multiple databases with an emphasis on quality, stability, and continuous solution improvement. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain fullstack applications, working across the entire stack; * Build and evolve PHP-based solutions; * Develop and integrate applications and services using Node.js; * Create and maintain modern user interfaces with React.js and Next.js; * Integrate applications with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases; * Work with MongoDB as required by the solution; * Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, code reviews, and version control; * Collaborate closely with product and design teams, contributing to technical decisions and continuous improvements; * Support the team's technical growth and the sustainability of applications. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Experience as a Web Application Developer; * Familiarity with PHP; experience with Mad Builder and/or Adianti Framework is a plus; * Familiarity with Node.js; * Familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases; * Consistent use of Git; * Familiarity with Docker; * Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Bonus):** * Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures; * Prior experience in fintechs, banks, or financial products; * Experience with AWS and cloud services; * Experience with highly complex systems, multiple integrations, and high-volume data processing.
