Job Summary: Internship opportunity for Civil Engineering / Architecture / Building Technician students, focused on data collection, project drawing, specifications, budgeting, and construction supervision. Preparation of budgets and construction supervision **CIVIL ENGINEERING / ARCHITECTURE / BUILDING TECHNICIAN INTERNSHIP** **Job Description:** Inspection for data collection to support project execution or maintenance services. Design of architectural and complementary projects. Preparation of descriptive specifications. Quantitative service takeoffs. Collection of quotations from third-party companies. Preparation of budget spreadsheets. Supervision of maintenance and construction services within the municipality of Porto Alegre. **Requirements:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of REVIT and budgeting software such as Pleo is desirable.
