Proficiency in Excel and financial ERPs **Responsibilities – Accounts Receivable (B2C and B2B E-commerce)** * Perform **daily reconciliation** (B2C and B2B) with acquirers’ receivables. * Verify and validate **credit card, debit card, PIX, and other payment method fees**, ensuring compliance with negotiated contracts. * Analyze and monitor **fees, MDR, marketplace commissions, advances, and others**, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action. * Monitor the **cash inflow process**, settlement deadlines, and cash inflow forecasts. * Perform reconciliation of **bank slips (boletos), bank transfers, and B2B billing**, ensuring proper clearance of receivable items. * Identify and resolve **discrepancies** between sales, amounts received, and amounts receivable. * Open support tickets and contact **acquirers, banks, and internal departments** to implement adjustments and corrections. * Support the finance team during **monthly closing**, providing reports on receivables, billing, fees, and payment performance. * Prepare and maintain **management reports** on delinquency. * Ensure correct **accounting and financial classification** of receipts. * Suggest improvements to e-commerce reconciliation and financial control processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**. * Experience in **Accounts Receivable**, preferably in **B2C and B2B e-commerce**. * Knowledge of **payment methods**: credit card, debit card, PIX, bank slips (boletos), and bank transfers. * Experience with **financial reconciliation of sales and receivables**. * Understanding of **card fees (MDR), banking fees, and advances**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate to advanced level) for data analysis and control. * Experience with **financial ERPs** and e-commerce platforms. * Knowledge of **internal controls and financial compliance**. * **Resilience and extreme attention to detail**, avoiding significant financial impacts. * Ability to work under **pressure and during month-end closing**. **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance – R$ 26.00 * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) * Day off * Professional growth opportunities **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 – Monday to Friday **\#BravirPride**
