Description

Job Summary: Production operator responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, inspecting and testing equipment, interpreting technical standards and reports, requisitioning materials, and monitoring processes to ensure quality and safety in production. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of production machinery 2. Monitoring and adjustment of production processes 3. Interpretation of technical standards and production reports * Operate elastic production machinery. * Cut, staple, package, assemble, and sort extenders * Inspect, activate, calibrate, and configure machinery and equipment * Test the functionality of machinery and equipment * Interpret operational technical standards * Interpret production reports * Requisition materials and supplies * Adjust dimensions * Modify configurations * Identify defects * Lubricate and adjust machinery and equipment * Perform minor repairs * Request maintenance and monitor machinery and equipment * Staple, package, and assemble extenders * Control the entry and exit of extenders * Schedule extender production * Monitor process development * Monitor and verify material quantities on the production line * Re-feed the production line * Computer literacy (Office suite) * Comply with internal regulations, company standards, and procedures * Work in accordance with technical standards and procedures for quality, safety, and organization.
