If you meet the requirements below, join our selection process for **Pricing Management Analyst | Pricing** — we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Evaluate the company’s profitability and sales performance, identify key opportunities, and directly implement action plans to improve results; * Develop pricing strategies based on recent historical data and price research; * Design monitoring tools and reports, share information with related departments, and collaborate on improvement proposals to ensure healthy sales; * Build strategies ensuring adherence to target margins, guiding product inclusion and commercial team negotiations, as well as guaranteeing margin pass-through during supplier price adjustments; * Define promotional strategies for expiring products to reduce company losses. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in Pricing is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with advanced supporting technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), for process optimization and decision-making. * Retail experience will be considered a plus. * Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional information** **Work schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Daycare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Gympass * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan through the Employees’ Association * Mental health and financial planning support programs * On-site cafeteria * Chartered transportation Caring is at our core.
