Quality and legal compliance monitoring **Professional \- Collections Supervisor (Cod 44868\)** **Education Level:** High school and undergraduate degree. **Number of Positions:** 1 **Responsibilities:** Supervise and monitor the collections team; ensure achievement of targets and KPIs; develop and monitor collection strategies; monitor quality of customer service and negotiations; provide feedback, training, and team development; monitor delinquency, credit recovery, and results; generate management reports and present results to leadership; ensure compliance with legislation (CDC, LGPD, and best practices in collections). **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 12:00 and 12:00 to 18:00 **Workload:** 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday until 5 PM) (lunch break to be agreed upon) **Compensation:** R$ 3\.000,00 per month **Transportation Allowance:** Yes.
