Friendly, courteous, and satisfactory customer service **Job Description** * Monitor cash register operators' work operationally and provide necessary support for executing billing routines; * Resolve various customer service and billing issues at cash registers, escalating decisions as required; * Monitor and approve/deny purchases requiring verification before customer release; * Collect funds from cash registers; * Provide friendly, courteous, and satisfactory customer service. **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday: 10:50 AM to 2:10 PM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; * Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Minimum age of 18 years; * Prior experience with cash registers and customer service; * High school diploma.
