Description
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and review product technical documentation, such as SDS (Safety Data Sheet), specifications, technical bulletins, declarations, and technical materials, and ensure they remain updated and available for internal use and submission to customers;
2. Advanced inspection: Register customers in the inspection system and control the quality release of customers under inspection;
3. Issuance of test reports: Manage the creation of new test report information sheets; monitor product specifications and test results of purchased items to verify compliance with Alpha's established parameters;
4. Qualification of new suppliers and products: Analyze and compare product specifications and documentation from new suppliers;
5. Input and review technical data in the product master record within the system;
6. Product registration: Register information for new products and manage updates to information for already-registered products;
7. Packaging grid registration: Register and manage newly acquired packaging grids; register weight and diameter for each packaging unit; assign grids to products;
8. Import monitoring: Create batches, analyze and issue test reports, and request label issuance;
9. Revalidation: Manage revalidation activities, create revalidated batches, and track balance transfers to revalidated batches or, in case of expired items;
10. Comply with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations;
11. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as directed by superiors or required by operational needs, aiming to optimize processes.
Technical Skills
1. Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office suite
2. Experience with quality and laboratory routines
3. Completed technical education in Chemistry, Quality, or related fields.
