If you want to grow, learn, and leave your mark on projects that impact the city and people's lives, transform with us! **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the identification, analysis, and monitoring of corporate risks, aligned with the methodology adopted by the company; * Lead risk mapping and assessment processes (risk assessment) together with business areas; * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of action plans and internal controls; * Support the dissemination of risk management and compliance culture across the organization; * Prepare management reports and presentations for committees and senior leadership; * Support the implementation and effectiveness of action plans related to LGPD compliance; * Support the review of internal policies, standards, and procedures related to personal data protection; * Support data subject requests (rights established under LGPD), in coordination with relevant departments; * Contribute to awareness-raising activities and training on privacy and data protection. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, or related fields; * Prior experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or internal controls; * Knowledge of risk management methodologies (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000); * Familiarity with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and principles of privacy and data protection; * Strong analytical and communication skills; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse departments and hierarchical levels. **At Melnick, you will have:** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Meal allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; commerce, wellness, and others.
