Route planning and transportation control for agricultural products We seek a professional responsible for overseeing key logistics area guidelines and deliverables, such as KPIs, costs, route planning, SLAs, logistics operator load scheduling for company branches and branch-to-Agrofel customers. This role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and performance maps for services rendered by the area, physical inventory of merchandise stock, etc. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and monitoring of transportation requests (deliveries and material pickups, stock transfers, loading, and transport tracking); * Development and monitoring of fleet indicators, workflows, and costs; * Development and monitoring of operational reports and KPIs; * SLA management for services provided to customers (internal and external); * Monitoring and resolution of discrepancies; * Participation in alignment meetings for area projects; * Reporting analysis (orders and deliveries); * Route planning control for transportation of agrochemicals, plant nutrition products, and seeds, up to fiscal invoice retrieval. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting Sciences, or Management Processes; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Excel; * Familiarity with regulatory standards for transportation and storage of products; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Meal voucher or food allowance * Unimed Health Plan * Uniodonto Dental Plan * Health and wellness programs * Wellhub/gympass * Pluxee Cuida (legal, financial, and social support) * Pharmacy partnerships * Life insurance * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR).
