You will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in Food segment service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the process and completion of all services within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while fully complying with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative performance results within your scope to optimize business unit operations; * Be responsible for planning and developing your unit’s annual budget, and ensure it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage your team: establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, and health & safety training; ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate within a large-scale industrial facility serving an average of 750 meals per day. **Main Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven leadership experience, including multidisciplinary team development and management; **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with occasional weekend and/or holiday assignments. **Benefits that care for your whole self** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
