What will be your responsibilities?* Process operations (bagging machines, Big Bag scale, verification scale, raw material silos). * Assist Mixing Operator III in selecting silos for raw material blending. * Maintain appropriate raw material silo levels to support production. * Daily inspection of screens on Sieve 1 and Sieve 2. * Clean screens on Sieve 1 and Sieve 2 daily, as required for production. * Collect samples from Big Bags per Quality Control procedures. * Assist with bagging machine and bag verification scale operations. * Maintain bagging machines properly calibrated and clean. * Verify loading orders against labels. * Keep inventory records of empty bags and empty Big Bags updated. * Verify fertilizer unloading orders and direct union workers to unload at correct locations. * Verify loading orders for bagged phosphate and direct union workers accordingly. * Inspect storage bays to improve inventory and quality control. * Perform cleaning of equipment and facility areas. * Cleaning activities involving critical tasks (confined space, work at height). * Comply with all EHS policies and procedures. What are we looking for?* Completed high school education. * Availability to work rotating shifts. What would be considered a plus?* Experience in the fertilizer industry. What will your work schedule be? Shift A, B, or C – 6x1 rotation (Monday through Saturday) What will your work model be?
