Our actions and solutions are strategically focused on people, because it is through them that we build a better world. **Agro Business Manager:** Understand members’ needs and, leveraging technology, interpret data from members to generate insights and recommend optimal financial solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Financial Advisor** Based on portfolio data, proactively engage members regarding financial solutions, verifying their relevance to each member’s current life stage. Support members in making decisions about financial products and services, developing financial life strategies and generating positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates. **Portfolio Manager for Members** Be responsible for managing and developing a member portfolio predominantly within the Agro segment, fulfilling the established commercial schedule, presenting financial solutions aligned with members’ needs, marketing products and services consistent with established targets, and contributing to strategic planning execution. **Prospecting** Prospect new members by conducting portfolio potential analyses, understanding members’ business activities and debt levels. Conduct visits and attend events to expand the membership base. **Digital Specialist** Facilitate members’ interaction with self-service and digital channels to enhance efficiency and guide members toward digital solutions. Provide guidance to help members better utilize available products and technologies. **Transactional Activities** Monitor portfolio debt levels and develop measures to resolve delinquency, avoiding costs and judicial involvement.
