If you enjoy working with people, thrive on challenges, and appreciate a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you! **Your mission here** Support operational control activities for Dominalog’s transfer matrix, returns, reverse logistics, and pickups. **Main responsibilities** * Contribute to cargo manifests, pickups, transfers, itinerant routes, and retail deliveries; * Register vehicles and drivers in our internal system, in coordination with approved insurance providers; * Assist in vehicle monitoring processes; * Control and analyze spreadsheets in general, providing data support for internal KPIs; * Support vehicle release procedures, invoice verification, and pickup generation. * Act as a guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and serve as a multiplier of Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** High school diploma; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Proficiency in working with numbers; Organizational skills; Teamwork orientation. **Work schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 5:30 AM to 1:50 PM **What we offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance** **Transportation Voucher** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (options available with and without deductions) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** Available after hiring—you choose the plan **Birthday Day Off:** One day off on your birthday, effective after 3 months **Domina Baby:** Special newborn kit, available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad:** 10-day paternity leave, effective after 3 months **Join us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
