Our goal is clear: to be the best mining company in Brazil, and we know this is only possible by investing in the people who build this future with us every day. **Do you identify with this?** We are seeking a professional to work as a **Planning Technician III**, responsible for planning and monitoring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines, ensuring asset reliability and adherence to schedules. Responsible for programming work orders, controlling technical backlog, and supporting the planning of shutdowns and turnarounds. All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans based on asset criticality; * Schedule work orders and generate technical lists of required materials and resources; * Monitor technical backlog and support maintenance order execution tracking; * Keep equipment, plans, and tasks technical records updated in the management system; * Support planning for scheduled stops, shutdowns, and turnarounds; * Prepare and manage maintenance schedules (Ms Project, Excel); * Validate technical information with engineering and maintenance teams; * Generate reports on plan compliance, backlog, failures, and productivity; * Assist in analyzing maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability); * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Maintenance, or related fields; * Courses in maintenance planning, MS Project, advanced Excel, and Power BI; * Additional training in technical standards and maintenance indicators; * Minimum of 2 to 4 years in PCM, technical support, or maintenance engineering; * Experience in industrial environments with computerized maintenance systems; * Experience in developing plans, work orders, and activity scheduling; * Maintenance planning and control (preventive, predictive, and corrective); * Maintenance management systems (SAP PM, Totvs, Maximo); * Maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog); * Maintenance schedules (MS Project, Excel); * Asset prioritization and criticality techniques; * Technical documentation and material list structuring. * Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in routine tasks; * Logical reasoning and focus on meeting deadlines; * Strong communication skills with operational and administrative teams; * Proactive and initiative-driven in problem solving; * Capacity for critical analysis and continuous improvement; * Commitment to safety and technical data integrity. **Additional information** We offer a competitive salary * Profit-sharing (PLR) * Private pension plan * Medical insurance * Dental care plan * Life insurance * On-site meals (at operational sites) * Meal allowance (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership agreement—may vary by location * Eyewear purchase assistance for family members Important: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Tucumã or Ourilândia do Norte—PA. #### **We are Ero, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.
