Strategic support to various departments of the company We are seeking a Senior Process Analyst to map, analyze, propose improvements, automate, and implement business processes. The role involves participation in digital transformation initiatives focused on continuous improvement, automation, and strategic support to various departments of the company. * Map, model, and analyze organizational processes using BPM notation. * Lead continuous improvement projects (PDCA, DMAIC, Kaizen). * Develop automations using Power Automate and support requirements for RPA or BPMS solutions. * Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making. * Collect and manage data for process analysis. * Interact with various departments to understand needs and translate them into solutions. * Support AI-driven process initiatives (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Gamma). * Ensure alignment with governance and compliance practices. **Key Challenges:** * Implement automations that increase efficiency and reduce rework. * Translate business needs into technological solutions. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. * Continuously evolve expertise in digital tools and process methodologies. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields. * Experience in process mapping and modeling (BPM). * Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
