All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead operational, tactical, and strategic selection processes; align candidate profiles with managers and understand the business’s technical, behavioral, and operational requirements; * Conduct competency-based interviews, behavioral assessments, and support technical evaluation stages; * Lead talent attraction programs (internships, apprenticeships, local labor, and specialized workforce); * Ensure selection processes comply with internal policies, SLA metrics, diversity goals, and compliance standards; * Identify critical positions, manage emergency succession planning, and execute strategic replacements; * Plan, organize, and monitor mandatory training, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal regulations, and occupational safety standards (applicable NRs); * Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA), considering technical, behavioral, and leadership gaps; * Implement professional and behavioral development initiatives, including development pathways, technical upskilling, and leadership programs; * Support training effectiveness evaluations and development-related KPIs; * Manage logistical arrangements, recordkeeping, KPIs, and training reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid experience in environments focused continuously on improvement, innovation, and excellence; * **Knowledge:** * Experience in R\&S and T\&D processes; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Totvs system; * Expertise in psychological assessment; * Strong analytical capability, business acumen, and influence skills; Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal relationship skills. * **Additional Information** We offer a competitive salary * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal Voucher (at offices) * Food Allowance * Transportation Assistance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company) * Club Membership Benefit — varies by location * Eyeglass Purchase Assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada, with a strong presence in Brazil.
