We are ERO, a mining company born in the heart of Brazil and grown by delivering greater strength and energy to the world — strength that drives productive sectors and contributes to the development of diverse regions.
Since 1979, when it began operations at the Caraíba unit, the company has consolidated its presence in Brazil's mineral sector, expanding to the Xavantina gold mine, advancing implementation of the Tucumã unit — projected to become one of the country's leading copper production hubs. Our growth is driven by expertise in exploration, enabling us to extend the operational life of our mines and advance new projects such as the Furnas Project in Pará.
Our approach to mining is guided by strong values: care, courage, honesty, collaboration, and excellence. These principles lie at the core of everything we do — from the mine floor to strategic decisions. They also guide how we support the growth of every individual at ERO.
Our goal is clear: to become Brazil’s best mining company — and we know this is only possible by investing in the people who build this future with us, every day.
