**We are ERO**, a mining company born in the heart of Brazil that has grown to bring more strength and energy to the world — a strength that drives productive sectors and contributes to the development of different regions. Since 1979, when it began operations at the Caraíba unit, the company has been consolidating its presence in the Brazilian mineral sector, expanding into the gold mine in Xavantina and advancing the implementation of the Tucumã unit — which promises to become one of the country's main copper production hubs. Our growth is driven by exploration expertise, which helps extend the lifespan of our mines and advance new projects such as the Furnas Project in Pará. Our approach to mining is guided by strong values: care, courage, honesty, collaboration, and excellence. These principles lie at the core of everything we do — from the mine floor to strategic decisions. They also guide how we support the growth of every individual at Ero. Our goal is clear: to be the best mining company in Brazil, and we know this is only possible by investing in the people who build this future with us every day. **Do you resonate with this?** We are seeking a **Senior Mechanical Engineer** to manage quality and environmental systems according to ISO 9001 and 14001, with a focus on audits, KPIs, and corrective actions.
