Responsibilities: Conduct collections from delinquent customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; Manage both proactive and reactive customer interactions, ensuring agility and quality in negotiations; Assist customers, colleagues, and store partners across multiple channels; Negotiate debts and pursue customers’ financial regularization; Issue and send invoices, bank slips (boletos), and fiscal notes (including second copies); Formalize agreements by opening requests in the system; Monitor and respond to e\-mails within established deadlines; Organize and archive departmental documents; Adhere to operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; Experience in collections, telemarketing, or customer service; Experience with tools such as WhatsApp Business, Blip, or similar platforms; Background in the financial sector or structured collections; Resilient profile with a results orientation; Negotiation and customer relationship management skills; Basic computer literacy; Experience managing goals and performance indicators. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,043\.39 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Card: R$28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Allowance; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative activities. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER COB **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 11:23 AM to 8:00 PM, with rotating shifts on Saturdays **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Market-competitive remuneration \+ performance-based variable pay.
