All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Possess solid experience in Procurement strategies (Strategic Sourcing, TCO, etc.) and supplier relationship management; * Conduct negotiations to achieve optimal results in savings, cost avoidance, and service levels; * Have proven experience creating and analyzing contract-related documentation; * Demonstrate advanced knowledge of procurement categories and contracts specific to the mining market, as well as related suppliers; * Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers of critical materials, services, and inputs; * Plan and execute activities related to budgeting and contracting by preparing structured market price inquiries; * Be responsible for managing the competitive bidding process — from defining the vendor list (supplier prospecting in markets), issuing invitations, commercially evaluating proposals, technically validating proposals with technical managers, and conducting commercial negotiations; * Ensure supplier qualification in accordance with internal company guidelines, maintaining an up-to-date database of qualified suppliers; * Guarantee accurate input of all budgeting and contracting information into the control system; * Perform due diligence on purchase orders within your portfolio, as well as validate invoices; * Identify opportunities to improve Procurement processes and implement innovative practices to optimize performance and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field \+ MBA (preferred); * Proven solid experience in Procurement; * Proven experience in managing Procurement processes, preferably within the mining industry; * Advanced negotiation and communication skills; * Ability to make sound decisions in dynamic environments; * Systems: TOTVS Protheus (preferred), Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel); * Language: Intermediate English; * Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships with internal teams; * Dynamic, proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and organized profile; * Systemic mindset, focused on process improvement; * Ability to work under pressure. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit Sharing (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal Voucher (at offices) * Food Allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company) * Club Membership Agreement — may vary by location * Eyeglasses Purchase Assistance for family members Willingness to relocate to Tucumã-PA or Ourilândia do Norte-PA. #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
