All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operational and maintenance activities in the copper beneficiation area, focusing on filtration, thickening, sump management, and plate recovery. * Work autonomously to identify and resolve operational failures, contributing to plant performance while adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Carry out plate recovery and assembly for filtration systems using manual and portable electric tools. * Directly operate reject and concentrate filtration processes, as well as related sump activities. * Assemble and replace filter cloths for concentrate and reject filters. * Operate filter presses while ensuring personal safety and equipment integrity. * Clear blockages in pipelines and various hydraulic systems. * Follow standard operating procedures and leadership instructions. * Conduct operational inspections and record process anomalies. * Prepare daily activity reports clearly and objectively. * Clean and organize industrial areas according to schedule and operational needs. * Collect process samples following defined parameters. * Participate in training on critical risks mapped for your work area. * Maintain daily contact with maintenance (mechanical and electrical) and process teams to ensure operational alignment. * Identify operational failures, propose solutions, and implement them. * Develop and participate in continuous improvement projects focused on the process. * Work both on shift schedules and administrative hours, as required by operational needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Technical or vocational training in industrial fields (Mechanics, Mining, Electromechanics, etc.) preferred. * Experience operating copper beneficiation plants. * Practical knowledge of filtration, thickening, and industrial cleaning. * Proficiency in using manual and portable electric tools. * Ability to read and interpret operating procedures. * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance. **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Assistance Plan; * Group Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Pharmacy Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Transportation; * Gympass; * Eyeglasses Allowance; * English Language Allowance; * Educational Assistance; * Important: Candidates must be willing to reside in Tucumã or Ourilândia do Norte — PA. #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
