Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Quality Analyst to support the structuring and maintenance of the management system, with a focus on process standardization and continuous improvement. All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the structuring, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System; * Develop, review, and standardize procedures, work instructions, and corporate documents and reports; * Perform document management and control; * Assist in identifying, recording, and addressing non-conformities; * Participate in structuring A3 projects, from problem definition through action follow-up and results evaluation; * Manage change processes, ensuring changes are assessed, formalized, communicated, and controlled; * Manage action plans, ensuring deadlines are met, responsibilities assigned, and status updated; * Support preparation, organization, and facilitation of routine and performance meetings; * Participate in failure analyses, supporting the use of root cause identification tools; * Support implementation and sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives; * Organize and provide support for content and information in the Se\-Suíte system; * Support structuring, application, and auditing of 5S. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Technical Knowledge: A3 methodology, 5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys; * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word); * SE\-Suíte. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Quality Management Systems and Continuous Improvement; * Experience in mining or industrial environments. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and sense of priority; * Ownership mindset and accountability; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments; * Ability to monitor and follow up professionally (follow\-up); * Analytical reasoning and systemic vision; * Quick learning ability. **Additional Information** We offer competitive salaries * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site meals (at units) * Meal Voucher (at offices) * Food Allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Corporate Citizen Policy) * Club Membership Benefit — may vary by location * Eyeglass Purchase Assistance for family members * **Important: Candidates must be willing to reside in Tucumã or Ourilândia do Norte – PA.** #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
