All applications must be made exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for providing technical support for activities related to the company's technological infrastructure and communications, including corporate networks (LAN/WAN), wireless networks (corporate and industrial Wi\-Fi), telecommunications, IP telephony, videoconferencing, as well as supporting critical operational infrastructure such as radio communication networks (VHF/UHF), private LTE, and industrial communication through contracted links, managing their quality and performance. * Will monitor, support, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on these environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of IT and Operational Technology (OT) services. * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization.
