Responsibilities and Duties Provide support to Curva B and C customers across departmental processes Prepare commercial proposals Prepare management reports Follow up on submitted proposals Monitor departmental performance indicators Propose process improvement actions Receive periodic client visits and conduct prospecting activities Make monthly calls to the customer portfolio aimed at verticalization and retention Achieve department-related goals Prospect new business opportunities Analyze market vs. competitor data Negotiate or renegotiate prices, terms, and deadlines Ensure maintenance of the active customer portfolio and sell new services Work on prospect lists generated by marketing campaigns and CRM Prepare commercial and project presentations related to offered services Perform other professional duties related and inherent to the position Requirements and Qualifications Mandatory Completed undergraduate degree in related fields Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency Intermediate Excel proficiency Desirable Basic or intermediate English Basic or intermediate Spanish Solid CRM system knowledge Power BI Experience in International Trade **Work Model:** On-site ** Benefits:** PPR (semi-annual) – We jointly steer toward a successful journey! ?
