Our goal is clear: to become Brazil’s best mining company, and we know this is only possible by investing in the people who build this future with us, every day. **Do you identify with this?** We are seeking a person to serve as **MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR**, responsible for coordinating and optimizing mechanical maintenance processes for fixed surface equipment, ensuring high operational availability and alignment with production planning. This role identifies opportunities for improvement and investment, plans and controls preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, and oversees the area’s budget. It provides technical advisory support to management on emerging technologies, leads and develops teams, promotes continuous process improvement, and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies. All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Identify investment and improvement opportunities for mechanical maintenance processes of fixed surface equipment, to optimize productive capacity; * Coordinate planning, scheduling, execution, and control activities for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment at the crushing plant and processing plant, aiming to ensure mechanical availability and alignment with production/maintenance planning; * Advise management on matters related to new technologies in mechanical maintenance, to guarantee reliable information for investment analysis; * Monitor and guide the preparation of the department’s budget, systematically track expenditures, and promptly correct deviations identified, contributing to the achievement of the department’s operating and capital investment budget program; * Plan, direct, and control personnel selection, training, and motivation processes within the team, ensuring availability of qualified staff to achieve departmental objectives; * Use people management and integrated management tools to ensure team monitoring and development, as well as continuous process improvement, guaranteeing achievement of corporate goals; * Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with clients, suppliers, communities, and public and private agencies and entities, to contribute to maintaining and enhancing the company’s institutional image; * Analyze needs for specific training, and assist in disseminating Policies and Procedures and developing Culture among employees, suppliers, and contractors, to ensure compliance with all HSE — Health, Safety, and Environment — Policies and Procedures adopted by the organization. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in the relevant field; * Professional registration with CREA — Regional Council of Engineering; * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) — Category B; * Project analysis and monitoring, maintenance of fixed equipment, crushing, surface processing plant; * PCM — Maintenance Planning and Control and Financial Analysis. **Additional information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental assistance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal voucher (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership agreement — may vary by location * Eyewear purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
