We also value resilience, partnership, organization, planning capability, empathy, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthy, cooperative environment, while maintaining ethical and respectful conduct. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and ensure adherence to the department’s Golden Rules; * Schedule and monitor inventory audits at client locations; * Identify clients negatively impacting KPIs and propose improvement strategies, developing action plans; * Analyze the need for linen replenishment; * Record and document the dispatch/delivery of replacement linen; * Guide the sewing department according to daily priorities (repair, refurbishment, and transformation); * Submit linen purchase requests; * Monitor occasional uniform stock held at external laundries or by clients; * Conduct periodic meetings with plant personnel to discuss linen-related topics and KPIs. **Requirements** * Microsoft Office Suite * Completed undergraduate degree * Advanced Excel proficiency is considered a plus; * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (to accompany inventory audits) Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate degree * Postgraduate studies / MBA * Parking * Meal voucher * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance
