All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for monitoring and controlling production to ensure adherence to plans and optimization of the production process; * Develop KPI reports and presentations, failure analyses, statistical studies, and others; * Coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term production planning and control (PCP) processes; * Consolidate and analyze production data, input consumption, and operational indicators; * Ensure integration among operations, maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams to meet daily and monthly targets; * Prepare management reports and performance dashboards (production, availability, efficiency, and productivity); * Monitor mining and processing plans, validate production forecasts, and identify deviations; * Plan equipment and resource utilization to optimize costs and performance; * Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives, report automation, and process standardization; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, current legislation, and safety and environmental guidelines; * Guide teams on operational procedures, test reports, process controls, failure analyses, and others; **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in PCP, preferably in mining operations or large-scale industries; * Proven experience in mass balancing; * Experience in Big 4 * Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Proficiency in integrated management systems (ERP, SAP, TOTVS, etc.); * Strong analytical skills and systemic vision of production processes; * Experience in data modeling and report automation; * Fluent English. **Additional information** We offer competitive salary * Profit-sharing (PLR) * Private pension plan * Medical insurance * Dental coverage * On-site meals (at operational sites) * Meal voucher (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation * Quality of life program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership agreement — may vary by location * Eyewear purchase assistance for family members #### **We are Ero, one of Brazil's leading copper and gold producers.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
