All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, implement, and monitor socio-environmental performance indicators, with focus on ESG and integrated management. * Advise leadership on strategic decisions based on socio-environmental analyses, risk assessments, and impact projections. * Support and technically validate environmental studies (EIA/RIMA, PRAD, PCA) and management plans. * Conduct and analyze land tenure, property rights, and socio-occupational surveys, identifying occupation patterns, land use, improvements, and interferences. * Analyze official land tenure and property records, generating technical inputs for strategic decisions. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical reports, databases, maps, descriptive memoranda, and notarial documentation. * Collaborate integrally with Environmental, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and SSMAC teams to prevent and mediate territorial conflicts. * Manage strategic stakeholders through technical, diplomatic, and results-oriented approaches. * Support implementation of socio-environmental activities in compliance with legal and corporate guidelines. * Support community relations through meetings, field visits, and demand tracking. * Record, organize, and follow up on community demands, ensuring traceability and feedback. * Support planning, execution, and monitoring of socio-environmental programs (environmental education, health, and community development). * Support preparation of technical reports, field records, minutes, and institutional documents. * Support management of socio-environmental licensing conditions and organizational documentation for regulatory agency compliance. * Support inspections, technical visits, and responses to socio-environmental incidents, including data recording and collection. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Geography, Engineering, Environmental Management, Agronomy, Social Sciences, or related fields; * Experience in social and land management, preferably in mining, infrastructure, or large-scale projects in the Brazilian Amazon Legal Region; * Solid experience in social and environmental management, condition management, and engagement with regulatory agencies; * Knowledge of socio-environmental legislation applicable to mining and environmental licensing; * Familiarity with regulations issued by agencies such as INCRA, SEMAS\-PA, and the National Mining Agency; * Experience in preparing and analyzing environmental studies (EIA/RIMA, PCA, PRAD); * Proficiency in geotechnologies (QGIS, ArcGIS or similar); * Experience analyzing socioeconomic data and ESG indicators. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal vouchers (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality-of-Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership benefits — subject to location * Eyewear purchase assistance for family members * Willingness to reside in **Tucumã \- PA or Ourilândia do Norte \- PA.** #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
