Does this opportunity match your profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage physical and digital documents throughout the document lifecycle. * Plan, develop, and monitor outsourced digitization processes. * Develop, implement, and monitor internal digitization processes. * Develop and monitor the implementation of document management processes. * Ensure standardization, classification, and indexing of documents. * Prepare reports and performance indicators for document management. * Structure and maintain a document management maturity program in collaboration with academic departments. * Ensure compliance with archival standards, Decree No. 10.278, LGPD, and other applicable legislation. * Provide consultative support on all legal and technical aspects of archival management, metadata, digital certification, and implementation of digital document management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Archival Science, Library Science, Information Management, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of digital document management. * Experience with document digitization and digital certification. * Experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) systems. * Familiarity with legal regulations governing archival management and LGPD. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Ability to work collaboratively; * Analytical and systemic vision; * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. **What would be nice to know:** * Experience in university environments and/or handling academic documents. * Knowledge of ISO standards: 15489, 30300 series, 23081, 13008:2002, 13028:2010, and 16175. * Experience with LGPD, Decree No. 10.278/2020, Law No. 14.063/2020, Law No. 12.682/2012, Law No. 8.159/1991, and CONARQ Archival Standards. * Experience in document process improvement projects. * Familiarity with emerging technologies and market trends. **Additional Information** **What you’ll find here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a nominal payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on multiple factors.
