Act as the owner of the product vision, guiding prioritization based on data, value, and impact, and develop the team of Product Owners and Designers to ensure consistent and business-aligned deliveries. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **1\. Product Management:** * Define, structure, and track the product roadmap * Ensure alignment between business strategy and product evolution * Prioritize initiatives based on impact, value, and feasibility * Monitor product metrics and make data-driven decisions **2\. Team Leadership** * Lead, develop, and support the Technology team * Participate in management processes (1:1s, feedback sessions, PDIs) * Foster a collaborative, trusting, and high-performance environment **3\. Backlog and Delivery Management** * Ensure efficient backlog prioritization * Support scope definition and acceptance criteria * Track deliveries with the technology team * Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment of deliveries with product objectives **4\. Product Strategy and Evolution** * Participate in defining the product vision and strategy * Identify relevant problems and opportunities from data and customer feedback * Lead or support product discovery initiatives (hypothesis validation, testing, experimentation) * Make prioritization decisions based on trade-offs (value x impact x feasibility) * Maintain focus on user experience and business value generation * Connect data and customer insights to product decisions and evolution **5\. Stakeholders** * Serve as the bridge among business, product, and technology * Align expectations and priorities with stakeholders * Communicate product status, results, and strategic directions * Support strategic decision-making with data and context **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in a related field * Experience managing digital products * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience defining roadmaps and managing backlogs * Ability to make decisions based on trade-offs (value x effort x impact) * Experience with product discovery (problem identification, hypothesis formulation, and validation) * Ability to structure problems and operate with a value-oriented mindset **Nice-to-Have:** * Knowledge of UX/UI and user journey * Experience in technology companies (SaaS/digital products) * Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and architecture * Certifications in product management or agile methodologies
